REGULATIONS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS RULES OF TRAINING AND ACADEMIC CONSULTING

Effective Date: February 11, 2026.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Regulations establish the rules and conditions governing the educational process and academic consulting services provided by M&P ADVERTISING S.R.L. hereinafter referred to as the Provider.

1.2. These Regulations apply to all participants students and clients who use the educational services of the Provider, including individual consultations, tutoring, online courses, and training in academic writing. Each project is supported by personalized guidance from two specialists with complementary competencies philological accuracy and strategic marketing thinking.

1.3. By enrolling in any educational program or purchasing consulting services, the participant confirms that they have read these Regulations and accept their terms.

  1. FORMAT AND SCHEDULE

2.1. Educational activities are conducted in an online format video conferences, educational platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram or, in exceptional cases, in person subject to prior agreement between the parties.

2.2. The schedule of consulting or tutoring sessions is established by mutual agreement between the Provider and the Participant.

2.3. The duration and frequency of sessions depend on the selected service package and are communicated at the time of enrollment.

  1. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO SERVICES

3.1. Registration is carried out through the website contact form, by email, via WhatsApp, Telegram, or through other communication channels specified by the Provider.

3.2. Access to educational services is granted upon full payment of the service fee, unless the Provider explicitly offers payment in installments.

3.3. The Participant shall provide accurate and up to date information during registration including name, email address, educational institution, level of study, and other relevant details.

  1. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
  • The Participant undertakes to:
  • Participate actively in the scheduled sessions and complete the assignments established by the Provider;
    Comply with the established deadlines for the submission of assignments and academic work;
  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct in interactions with the Provider;
  • Not copy, distribute, or publish the educational materials received;
  • Not record sessions whether video or audio without the prior written consent of the Provider;
  • Observe the principles of academic integrity and use the consultations as guidance rather than as a completed work product;
  • Notify the Provider at least 24 hours in advance in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a session.
  1. PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS
  • The Provider undertakes to:
  • Provide services of appropriate quality in accordance with the description of the purchased package;
  • Comply with the agreed schedule or inform the Participant in a timely manner of any changes;
  • Provide constructive feedback and professional recommendations;
  • Protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Participant;
  • Ensure a respectful and professional learning environment;
  • Provide the Participant with the relevant educational materials.
  1. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

6.1. IMPORTANT: The services provided by the Provider are educational and advisory in nature. The Provider offers methodological support, structuring, guidance, and training and does not provide completed academic works for submission.

6.2. The Participant remains the sole author of their academic work and bears full responsibility for its content.

6.3. The Provider shall not be liable for any improper use by the Participant of the materials and consultations provided.

6.4. Any violation of the principles of academic integrity including plagiarism or false attribution shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

  1. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

7.1. The Participant may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without additional charge.

7.2. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or failure to attend the session shall be considered as a completed session without the right to rescheduling or refund.

7.3. If the Provider cancels a session, it will be rescheduled without additional charge to a date agreed upon by the parties.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Provider does not guarantee specific academic outcomes including grades, academic credits, or admission to academic programs, as such outcomes depend on the Participant’s individual efforts, the quality of the final work, and the evaluation of the educational institution.

8.2. The Provider shall not be liable for decisions made by the Participant based on the consultations provided.

8.3. The maximum liability of the Provider shall be limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

  1. EXCLUSION FROM THE PROGRAM

The Provider reserves the right to exclude a Participant from the educational process without a refund in the following cases:

Inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward the Provider or other participants;
Repeated violation of these Regulations;
Unauthorized distribution of educational materials;
Unauthorized recording of sessions;
Late or non payment for services.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. These Regulations shall be supplemented by the provisions of the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.

10.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations with prior notice to participants.

10.3. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Public Offer.
