• Phone number, where provided;
• Username on messaging platforms such as Telegram and Discord;
• Communication preferences, including the type of content of interest.
- LEGAL BASIS
5.1. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending marketing communications is based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
5.2. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition for accessing the Operator’s services. The absence of consent or the withdrawal of consent does not in any way affect existing contractual relationships.
- WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
6.1. YOUR RIGHT. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
6.2. Withdrawal of consent may be exercised by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link Unsubscribe in any email received;
• Sending an email to: manfredcmo@mpadvertising.agency with the subject line Unsubscribe;
• Contacting the Operator directly through any available communication channel;
• Leaving the Operator’s Telegram group or channel or the Discord server.
6.3. Withdrawal of consent will be processed within a maximum period of 48 hours. After withdrawal, you will no longer receive marketing communications. However, transactional communications related to purchased services will continue to be sent in accordance with the applicable agreement.
- DATA RETENTION PERIOD
7.1. Personal data provided for the purpose of informational newsletters shall be stored for the entire period during which your consent remains valid.
7.2. Upon withdrawal of consent, the data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days, unless retention is required under applicable legal obligations.

• The right to erasure of personal data right to be forgotten;

- AMENDMENTS
