PUBLIC OFFER
FOR THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND CONSULTING
(Online Agreement between the Service Provider and the User)
Effective Date: 11 February 2026
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer” or the “Agreement”) constitutes an official proposal by M&P ADVERTISING S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or the “Client”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of educational services and consulting under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1.2. This Agreement shall be deemed concluded (accepted) at the moment when the User makes payment for the selected services, registers on the Service Provider’s platform, or completes the contact form on the website, thereby confirming full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.3. Use of the website, educational platform, messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram), or any other services of the Service Provider implies full acceptance of this Offer.
1.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notification to Users via the website or by email at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the changes enter into force.
1.5. The Service Provider’s website is available in three languages: English, Ukrainian, and Russian. The Romanian version of this document shall be the official version and shall prevail in the event of discrepancies with translations.
- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the User with educational services and consulting in the academic and marketing fields, in accordance with the descriptions presented on the Service Provider’s website. Each project is supported by two specialists with complementary expertise: philological accuracy and strategic marketing thinking.
2.2. The services provided include, but are not limited to:
Educational services:
Individual consultation on academic works in accordance with university and curriculum requirements;
Academic supervision of term papers, theses, and dissertations — from the initial concept to the final version of the text;
Tutoring in humanities and natural sciences based on academic standards and subject matter logic;
Assistance in formulating the research topic, objectives, tasks, and the scientific novelty of the work.

Training in academic writing for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students;
Preparation for the defense of term papers, theses, and master’s dissertations, including analysis of potential questions from the examination committee;
Editing and improvement of academic texts while preserving meaning and the author’s style;
Methodological assistance regarding sources, literature reviews, and the formatting of references and citations;
Individual learning and research development strategies for students aiming to achieve high academic results.
Marketing services:
Development of communication strategies for educational projects aimed at a premium audience and long term reputation;
Establishment of positioning for experts, schools, and educational brands in the knowledge and consulting market;
Creation of the conceptual architecture of an educational product brand — from idea to public identity;
Development of content strategies for websites, social media, and educational platforms with a focus on trust and expertise;
Consulting on the launch and scaling of educational projects in the digital environment;
Target audience analysis and development of communication strategies for different levels of student and client preparation;
Creation of content for educational brands with academic precision and marketing logic;
Personal brand strategy for educators, researchers, and academic consultants;
Audit of existing communications of educational projects and development of a system for growth in quality and trust.
2.3. Detailed descriptions, duration, pricing, and specific conditions for each service are provided on the Service Provider’s website and/or in individual agreements concluded with the User.
- COMMUNICATION WITH THE USER
3.1. Communication between the Service Provider and the User shall be carried out through the following channels:
Contact form on the website (fields: Name, Task Description, Contact Phone Number);
Email to the Service Provider’s corporate email address;
Messaging platforms: WhatsApp and Telegram;
Online communities: Telegram and Discord.
3.2. Data submitted through the contact form shall be processed and managed through the Service Provider’s CRM system (KeyCRM) and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.3. The Service Provider undertakes to respond to User requests within a reasonable time, generally within a maximum of 48 working hours.
- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider:
Provide services of appropriate quality and within the established timeframes;
Ensure the User’s access to educational materials in accordance with the purchased package;
Protect the User’s personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR);
Notify the User of any changes to the contractual terms;
Modify, update, or restrict access to services in the event of a violation of this Agreement;
Refuse to provide services if the User fails to comply with payment terms or internal rules.
4.2. Rights and Obligations of the User:
Use the services exclusively for personal, non commercial purposes;
Not distribute, copy, or reproduce materials provided by the Service Provider;
Make full payment in accordance with the established terms;
Provide accurate and up to date information during registration and through the contact form;
Comply with the internal rules of the platform, communities, and educational process;
Request technical support or clarification regarding purchased services.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. The price of the services is indicated on the Service Provider’s website and may be expressed in EUR or another currency in accordance with the platform specifications.
5.2. Payment shall be made in full in advance, except where the Service Provider explicitly offers the option of installment payments.
5.3. Accepted payment methods:
Online payment by bank card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express;
Bank transfer.
Other payment methods indicated on the Service Provider’s website.
5.4. Online payments are processed through a payment processor integrated into the platform. The Service Provider does not store Users’ bank card details.
5.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the price of services with prior notice. Such changes shall not affect services that have already been paid for.
- REFUND TERMS
6.1. The User may request a full refund of the paid amount within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase of the service in accordance with consumer protection legislation, provided that the service has not been used.
6.2. If the User has partially used the service, the refund shall be calculated proportionally to the unused portion of the service.
6.3. A refund request shall be submitted in writing by email to the Service Provider’s contact address. The refund shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the approval of the request.
6.4. Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases: the User has fully used the service; the User has violated this Agreement; the refund request is submitted after the legally established period has expired.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All materials provided by the Service Provider (texts, presentations, recordings, courses, methodologies, working tools, blog articles) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2. The User receives a limited, personal, and non transferable license to use the materials exclusively for personal purposes.
7.3. The following actions are strictly prohibited: reproduction, distribution, publication, sale, or transfer to third parties of any materials without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
7.4. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil and/or criminal liability in accordance with applicable law.
- BLOG AND PUBLISHED CONTENT
8.1. The Service Provider’s website contains a Blog section with educational and informational articles organized into the following categories: Academic Writing Tips, Consultations Guidance, Examples & Templates, Research Advice, AI Technologies, Science News, White Paper and the annual Advent Calendar.
8.2. Content published in the blog is informational and educational in nature and does not constitute individual academic consultation or professional consulting.
8.3. Blog articles are protected by copyright. Users may share links to the articles but may not reproduce the content in full without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
8.4. The Service Provider does not guarantee continuous updates of all blog articles and shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the published content.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. IMPORTANT:
The Service Provider’s services are educational and advisory in nature. The Service Provider does not guarantee or promise specific academic results (grades, diplomas, approvals), as these depend on the User’s individual efforts and external factors.
9.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for: the User’s academic results; decisions made by the User based on the consultations received; indirect or consequential damages; technical interruptions of the platform caused by external factors.
9.3. The maximum liability of the Service Provider shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the respective service.
- FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform contractual obligations if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances as defined by applicable law.
10.2. The Party affected by force majeure shall notify the other Party within 5 (five) calendar days from the occurrence of the event.
- TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
11.1. The Agreement may be terminated by the User by written notice in accordance with the refund conditions set out in Article 6.
11.2. The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement without prior notice if the User: materially breaches this Agreement; uses the services in a fraudulent or abusive manner; fails to make payment within the established deadline.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
12.2. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
12.3. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Romania.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance by the User (through payment, registration, or submission of the contact form) and shall remain valid for the entire period of use of the services.
13.2. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3. This Public Offer constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
13.4. The following documents form supplementary materials to this Public Offer: Privacy Policy, Educational Process Regulations, Community Rules, and Consent to Receive Newsletters.
