Telegram, Discord and/or WhatsApp username (for online communities);

The contact form on the website collects the following mandatory fields:

Name (Name / Ім’я / Имя);
Task description — how we can assist (Task description / Опис завдання / Описание задания);
Contact phone number (Contact phone number / Контакт для зв’язку / Контакт для связи).

4. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. Provision of the requested educational and consulting services;

2. Management of your user account on the platform;

3. Processing and management of requests received through the contact form within the CRM system (KeyCRM);

4. Processing of payments (through Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and invoicing;

5. Communication regarding purchased services (confirmation, notifications, updates) via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram;

6. Sending informational newsletters and marketing materials (only with your explicit consent);

7. Administration of online communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord);

8. Publication and administration of educational blog content;

9. Improvement of services and user experience on the website;

10. Compliance with legal and tax obligations;

1. DATA RETENTION PERIODSPersonal data shall be retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

1. Contractual data: for the duration of the contract plus 3 years after its termination (statutory limitation period);
2. Tax data: 10 years in accordance with tax legislation;
3. Contact form data (KeyCRM): for the duration of request processing plus 1 year;
4. Marketing data (newsletter): until consent is withdrawn;
5. Cookies: in accordance with the cookie policy (see the dedicated section);
6. Data from online communities: for the duration of participation in the community.
7. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA

Your data is generally stored and processed on servers located within the European Union. However, some third party services used by us (KeyCRM, WhatsApp/Meta, Google Analytics) may involve the transfer of data to servers located outside the EU/EEA.

In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other approved mechanisms).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

1. Right of access — you may request information about the data we process;
2. Right to rectification — you may request the correction of inaccurate data;
3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) — you may request the deletion of data, including from the KeyCRM system;
4. Right to restriction of processing — you may request restriction of processing under certain conditions;
5. Right to data portability — you may request the transfer of your data to another controller;
6. Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest;
7. Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
8. Right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.

1. PROTECTION OF MINORS

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will immediately delete such data.
